How the bill is built

Two meters, one package, nothing else moving.

The whole model in one sentence: a small monthly package for access, plus a share of what you sell online, plus the profiles above the first 5,000 — and only the things you actually use on top.

The package picks itselfStarter up to 5,000 profiles, Growth to 50,000, Professional to 250,000, Enterprise to 500,000. Every package includes every module. Seats and rate limits are gates, never charges.

The sales meter meters salesNet online GMV runs through the ladder: 2.00% on the first €10,000, 1.20% to €50,000, 0.60% to €250,000, 0.30% to €1,000,000, 0.15% above. Bands stack; crossing one is good news.

The audience meter meters the audienceProfiles above the first 5,000: €0.008 to 50,000, €0.004 to 250,000, €0.003 to 500,000. One count, the same for everyone. Clean your list and it drops the same day.

Offers pay only when they sell2% of the items an offer generated by Morffeus applied to — basket-wide offers capped at €10 per order. Revenue share and offer fee together never exceed 4% of any order.

People, devices, messagesDigital employees €79 each per month. POS devices beyond the package €25, €19, €12 by count. Email above the 15-per-profile allowance from €0.50 per 1,000; SMS, Viber and WhatsApp €0.30 per 1,000.

Support follows the totalUnder €100 community, €100–400 email, €400+ priority, €5,000+ an account manager with SLA. One hour of help per €100 above the first €100, up to eight. A committed minimum guarantees both.

The estimate uses the published schedule. Persona workloads are measured averages; work beyond the included batch is measured in actual tokens and billed per the current rate card, never silently. All figures in EUR, excluding VAT.
