Terms of service.
The terms under which Morffeus is provided: packages, meters, refunds, support and termination.
The service
Insby provides the Morffeus platform as a hosted service. Every module is available in every package; what differs between packages is volume, support and infrastructure.
Packages and billing
Each account is on one package, billed monthly in EUR excluding VAT. The invoice lists every charge line by line, and every meter is visible in the platform before it is billed.
Meters and refunds
Usage-based charges are calculated from what the platform records in the billing period. Refunds you issue to your customers are clawed back in the next cycle.
- The combined revenue share and offer fee never exceeds 4% of a single order.
- Term contracts may set maximum-rate caps for the duration of the term.
- Disputed lines are settled before the next invoice, not after.
Support
Support hours are included in every package and grow with the package. Additional hours are billed at the published rate.
Termination
Accounts are billed monthly and there is no lock-in. Either side may end the service at the end of a billing period, and the client may export their data before the account closes.
Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. The exact wording follows legal review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Venue and dispute resolution follow legal review.
