Morffeus is operated by Insby d.o.o., Beograd, Serbia. Insby respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. We build and run the Morffeus platform and the client applications delivered on it. Personal data is collected, held, processed and used in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR. The data will not be used for purposes that are not in accordance with the law or in any other way that could be harmful to you, including the invasion of your privacy.

Data collection

To provide you with a particular service, we will ask you to voluntarily provide some personal information — typically your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We will not ask for information that is not necessary, or for which there is no justifiable reason, to deliver the service you have requested. On this website we collect what you send through the contact form and basic technical data about your visit.

Processing personal data

If you send us your personal data yourself, you have authorised us to process it in order to improve our services, measure interest in the services we provide, and inform you about them. We do not share your information with our business partners. We may send you offers on behalf of a business partner; if you accept such an offer and become their client, they may ask you for information that they use in accordance with their own privacy policy, which may differ from ours. The information you share with us is stored on infrastructure we own and operate, accessible to Insby employees and affiliates within the company, and used only for the purposes you have approved.

Children's personal data

Insby does not use this website or the applications built on the platform to collect personal data from children under the age of 16, or to sell services to them. If you are a minor, obtain the permission of your parents or guardians before giving us information about yourself.

Location data

Some client applications built on the platform may ask for your location — for example to show the nearest store or to enable delivery routing. Location is used exclusively for the purpose stated in the application, and only while the permission you granted is active. You can withdraw it at any time in your device settings.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Write to us and we will respond within the legal deadline.
